How much does it cost for shipping?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Anywhere between 5 and 21 days. Speeds can vary due to some pieces requiring longer to print and of course international delivery services in each country differ considerably. The product will always be shipped from our printer in Australia within 1-2 days from the purchase date.

What happens if the product is damaged?

All our products are insured throughout the shipping process. Accidents do happen from time to time, so if the product arrives damaged please contact us to explain the issue along with photographic proof to info@zacchesterart.com and we will arrange a replacement.
